STAMPS ARE ON THE ENVELOPE AS POSTAGE TO BE PAID MAIL WILL NOT BE COLLECTED. THANK YOU.

Complete the form in CAPITAL letters and post to:

You Must
1.. Enclose 2 passport quality photos
2.. Enclose 2 stamped self addressed envelopes (9" x 6" B5 Size) (min)
3.. Enclose cheque or postal order (Payable to Chelmsford Angling Association)
4.. Sign the declaration at the bottom.

NB: Please make sure you use sufficient postage on all envelopes.
The CAA cannot be responsible for mail withheld by the post office.

Failure to comply will result in your application/renewal being returned.

THE COMMITTEE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE APPLICATIONS

Proof of membership will be a laminated membership card which will be your official receipt.
This card MUST be carried at all times when on Association waters and produced on demand
by any Officer, Bailiff, or Member.

NOTE: If a cheque is dishonoured a £10 surcharge will be made and your application may be refused.

(Non fishing membership available)

All lakes open from 1st May.
